Party at
OM Yoga Center tonight. Cindy Lee's (director of OM) 50th birthday. Many lovely yogis. I was surprised by the beef kabob. Is that yogic? But then I learned that the Dalai Lama eats meat. That's cool. I always felt that plants must have feelings too.
Ok... My bad about the beef kabob... I thought it was beef, but have since been informed by a very well-informed source that that was NOT beef, but chicken. Funky chicken I say.
I have new houseguests. Samba and Rumba. They are goldfish. They belong to my neighbor Mio. I've never taken care of fish before. I will pray that they will be safe with me. Let's pray for the fishies. Welcome Samba and Rumba.
Ok so I'm just learning FLASH. But I thought you'd like to see my newest (and first) movie,

Saw the
Choro Ensemble tonight, at Jules, on St. Marks Place between 2nd and 3rd Aves. Every Sunday, from 8pm-11pm, they play Chorinho. If you don't know Chorinho, go see them. Even if you do know Chorinho, go see them. Led by Pedro Ramos, including our very own Jorge Amorim on pandeiro. Also playing tonight, Paulo Ramos, Rob Curto, Gustavo Dantas.

Sex Matters, by Osho. Good book.
