Trombonist estraordinaire Roswell Rudd and Malian kora (21-string harp/lute) master Mamadou Diabate perform a fascinating blend of jazz and African music that has met with much critical acclaim in recent years. Their stirring music, noted for its beauty and sensitivity, is a rare encounter that captures the essence of jazz and Malian music.
